QuickFix is a support and maintenance contract available to all our customers, whether business, home or mobile computer users, that allows us to provide support and remotely maintain your computer to the highest possible operating standards.
The contract comes with unlimited free remote support during the life of the contract.
Additional charges will only be incurred where the problem cannot be fixed using remote support (on-site visits or where you need to bring your computer into the office for a technician to work on the affected computer directly) What operating systems can you support? What does it cover?
- Installation of monitoring software & monitoring of the following: SPAM, Security threats, Performance problems, Backup issues, Lack of storage capacity, Event log errors Installation of applications
- Adobe Acrobat, Java, Flash, Firefox & Office Compatibility 2003 & 2007 software Installation of patch software - Microsoft, Adobe, Java updates & spyware software Maintenance
- Run spyware scans, disk clean up, defragmentation and check disk maintenance Remote support - all remote fixes done at no extra cost Reporting - Monthly maintenance summary emailed to customer
