At Double Click we endeavor to pair technicians with customers.

We feel this helps build the relationship and ensures a consistency of service.

In addition, all work done on site is documented and forms part of your ongoing service log.  For new customers, this documentation normally commences when we perform a technology review.  This gives us a snapshot of the existing state of your network.

The results of this review are summarized and provided in written form.  In addition, the full review is burned onto a CD for you and returned along with the written review. This documentation is also stored on our Server and is updated after each visit.

 Our philosophy at Double Click Networks is that knowledge is power.  Accordingly, the more information we can provide to our customers regarding their IT investment, the better able they are to make informed decisions regarding future planning and growth.
